一、I Participation fee
1、 标摊包括：三面围板、一张洽谈桌、两张展椅、两盏射灯、一个5A/220V电源插座、一个纸篓、 中英文楣板，满铺地毯；
1. Standard booth contains a three-side boards, a table, two chairs, two spotlights, a 5A/220V power socket, a rubbish bin, a riggle with booth titles in both Chinese and English and a wall-to-wall carpet;
2. Indoor empty space: rental starts from 36 m2; no exhibition appliance is provided along.
三、III How to sign up
1. Enterprises need to fill out an “application form” and stamp an official seal after confirming the application and submit the original copy along with a copy of the business license to the organizing committee. Once the application is approved, the organizing committee will send a confirmation letter via fax or email.
2. Enterprises must transfer the total or half amount of the booth rental fees to the account designated by the organizing committee and fax the remittance bill to the organizing committee within 3 working days after booth selection is made for verification purpose. Booths will not be reserved in the absence of the said fees.
3. Participants must pay the total sum of booth rental fees prior to February 20, 2018.
4. The organizing committee will provide a detailed exhibitors’ manual to the participants a month before the exhibition. Please read it through carefully.
